'LynbrookField' was born from a simple vision: to offer authentic Neapolitan pizza in London. The Rossi family, in 1985, established our small-scale pizzeria with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Rossi, the visionary behind our brand, mastered the craft of pizza-making by apprenticing with renowned pizza chefs in Naples—where pizza originated. After her return to the UK, her goal was to replicate the enchantment of genuine Italian pizza, adhering to old-school practices and using unrivaled quality materials.
The journey from an intimate 12-seat venue has led to us becoming a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet we've steadfastly held on to our dedication to excellence and traditional ways. We continue using timeless wood-fire oven crafting, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and meticulously select only top-tier ingredients.
Now, 'LynbrookField' is still in the hands of the Rossi family heirs, steering a team filled with fervor. Despite introducing certain contemporary improvements, the essence of our enterprise endures: producing delectable, genuine pizzas that unite patrons.
